Shipping Timeframes

Our aim is to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Once your order is confirmed, we usually process it within 24 hours. Delivery times typically range between 3–7 working days, depending on your location and product availability.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on Sundays and Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

  • During peak shopping seasons or high-demand periods, delivery delays may occur.

National Holidays and Warehouse Hours

We operate from Monday to Saturday during regular business hours, excluding national holidays. On national holidays, our warehouse remains closed. However, we take necessary measures to minimize shipment delays during such periods.


Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you notice visible damage to your parcel during delivery, we recommend refusing the parcel from the courier (if possible) and immediately contacting our customer service team.

If the parcel was delivered in your absence and you later discover damage, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.


Items Out of Stock

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will delay dispatching the entire order until the item becomes available. All in-stock items will be reserved while we await restocking.
